Mbale FDC boss vows to clash with police ahead of planned POA rally



The FDC district chairperson of Mbale Margret Wakuri has vowed to hold their party planned meeting in Mbale municipality as planned despite police refusal to give her party clearance.Speaking to Bugisu Nation wakuri emphasized that she has flocked the central police offices several times but police has paid her a deaf ear.
She also recalls at one time the police commander of Mbale district Mr Ahwera stephen advising her to tell her party members to hold indoor meetings which she says is against her party rules.
"Our party rules say all aspiring candidates have to hold rallies throughout the country so as to market themselves for the party positions of contest'".
She also said the police is now acting on orders from above so as to fail her party progress.
Wakuri also says FDC is now ready to rule the country since it now has potential leaders like Dr. Kizza Besigye ,Nathan Nandala Mafabi, Mugisha Muntu and now Patrick Amuriat Oboi who is yet to hold his rally in Mbale municipality this sunday.
she also revealed that many FDC leaders will grace the occassion  to take place on sunday like besigye and lord mayor Erias Lukwago among others
Meanwhile Margret wakuri has warned members of parliament from the ruling party NRM against miss representing views of their electorates in Parliament as they discuss the contested age limit bill. She said that Nrm members of Parliament  are holding indoor meetings with a few people paying them off to support the bill which is against the views of the majority.
She also said that the age limit bill has become unpopular among Ugandans and nerds to be dropped.
